A morning full of action words

When we're on a spectacular beach I just can't seem to take enough pictures.  I'm constantly snapping away....Once again, it was extremely difficult to choose pictures to publish here.  My heart broke at the ones I left behind, sniff, sniff.  I need to take Tiff's timelapse tutorial over at Feeplaylife.com to be able to make proper use of them all.

Anyway, the sheer amount of pictures I 'needed' to publish here was the reason I separated this day into two posts.  Didn't want to overload the system, if there is such a thing.

Once off Cadillac Mountain we headed for the small strip of sandy beach at the park.   THIS is really what the kids needed after days in the car, and they ate it up with relish!

There was digging

But wait!  There's more!

We listened for the thunder at Thunder Hole.

Didn't really hear it since the waves weren't crashing against the shore that day.

Spent time gazing at the ocean watching the ships go by

And finally, having a pantsless ride home since we were sopping wet. Well, some of us did.
