So, as this is all new to me, I am still trying to figure out what a follower vs. a subscriber vs. a reading list is.
I *think* that if you want email notifications of new posts you need to either subscribe or add the blog to your reading list. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
As soon as I get it all straight I'll post and let you know!

i just did the following - maybe i will now get your emails: click on the word options under my photo which is right on top under "followers" - i guess whoever is signed in, his/her photo is on top. click on "site settings" then messaging and then on "receive site newsletters ....." let's see if this works.
